Road Rules
Our policies are much like other
salvage yards. All used parts are tested before they leave Affordable German.
We offer a 30 day warranty on parts. Extended warranties are also
available. No warranty on electrical parts. Returns are shipped at customer's
expense and there is a 20% restocking fee. Customers receive an exchange
or a credit only, no refunds. Parts that have been damaged through improper
handling or installation will have a voided warranty and cannot be returned.
Ordering is simple. Please fill
out a price quote and availability form. We respond twice a day. Price
quotes are then good for 14 days. If you want immediate attention you can
call (602) 253-8889. You can place your order
over the phone or you can order on line from our secured order
form. We
currently take Master Card, Visa, money orders, and cashier’s checks
for immediate delivery. Business and personal checks require up to 5 days
to clear before we ship.
We use UPS ground for our shipping
needs unless other arrangements have been made. Parts will be shipped within
24 hours of payment.
